UnderHills Lake Residence is a suburban, 4-story, multi-apartment residential complex with townhouses and individually designed comfort and business - class residential buildings. It will be located on an area of approximately 30 hectares amidst picturesque natural hills, a private lake, and a park with walking promenades in the historic area of the village of Pidhirtsi, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region. The location is just 20 minutes away from the center of Kyiv.
Currently, the first stage of construction (D1) is at the final stage of design, obtaining approvals and passing the construction expertise of the project. Therefore, in the near future, the first stage of construction (D1) will receive a permit from the GACI to perform construction work.

Projects are at various stages of implementation.
The first is a comfort-class residential complex that has already been put into operation Kakhovskaya (Kyiv) where transactions for the purchase and sale of ready – made 1 and 2-room apartments with documents, including repairs and household appliances, commercial premises for running your own business and parking lots are already being processed.
The second is the project of a multi-apartment residential complex of business class Luxberry Lakes & Forest (Koncha Zaspa) is under construction. As of December 2023, the construction readiness of the facility is about 65%.
The third is a project of a business-class multi-apartment residential complex WILLBE Green Residence (Koncha Zaspa) recently received a GACI (government architectural constrution inspectorate) construction permit and preparatory work is currently underway on the construction site. Willbe residential complex is located 350 meters from a pine forest with an area of more than 5,000 hectares, as well as 650 meters from the Kozinka River.
The construction project for a multi-story business-class residential complex comprising 178 apartments in Kyiv. Не initial, a first stage of construction of a milti-apartment(4-story) comfort-class residential complex consisting of 2,250 apartments in the village of Pidhirtsi, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region, situated on a 30-hectare land, is in the final stages of design, coordination, and obtaining the necessary construction permits.
